Our branch managers play an integral part in maintaining our position as one of the UK's largest building societies. They do this by promoting high standards of customer service, achieving branch targets and developing and supporting their team to ensure performance is continually being enhanced.
It's a key role that calls for exceptional communication skills and proven leadership experience from an accomplished relationship builder and outstanding manager of both people and resources. You will also need CeMAP qualification and a CII certificate in mortgage advice.
