The UK’s fourth largest building society, and an innovator in the field of mortgage and investment products, we have over 860,000 customers, 8000 employees and more than 90 branches across the country, from Aberdeen to Plymouth.
Being a mutual organisation, we operate in the interests of our members, not shareholders. Our group assets, which currently stand at around £10billion, are safeguarded by a board of directors, so that current and future members will have access to cheaper mortgages and higher rates of interest for their savings.
Our ongoing success, and everything we do, is driven by the core values which are at the heart of our business: enthusiasm, fairness, ownership and trust. Values which reflect the attitudes and way of working everyone here displays on a daily basis, and which are key to the delivery of the outstanding level of personal service we offer our customers.
