So, what happens when you've sent in your CV online?

We start by making a shortlist from all the applications we've received. If you're on this shortlist, we'll contact you to arrange a formal telephone interview and online assessment test. If we like what we hear, we’ll then invite you in for a face-to-face interview, where we can learn all about each other.

If you're successful at this stage, there are certain mandatory checks we have to carry out as a regulated financial services provider. So, as well as the usual employer references, there'll be a check on your credit history and a Criminal Records Bureau enquiry. You'll also be asked to provide documentary evidence to establish your eligibility to work in the UK.
