As a progressive employer, we recognise that everyone has a big part to play in our continuing success. However, we also realise that there are certain individuals and teams who, because of the extra special effort they put in, deserve further recognition. Which is why we have a number of awards and incentives in place to reward them for all their hard work.

The most prestigious of these is the incentive award for our branch managers, intermediary sales managers and regional managers - based on performance measured across six core business areas.

The incentives to do well in this award are particularly attractive, and have seen past winners go on a 'trip of a lifetime' to places including South Africa, India and Monte Carlo.

We also have awards in individual business areas, given out at our annual conference, including the Financial Services Award and Lender of the Year. These culminate in the presentation of the Branch and Intermediary Sales Manager of the Year awards, with past winners having the chance to visit locations such as Dubai, Iceland and New York.
