For customer advisers who aspire to become branch managers, our Fame Academy is there to develop the skills, competencies and knowledge that are so essential to succeed in a managerial role.

Through workshops, coursework, assessments and workplace development, it offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience. It will focus the drive, ambition and determination that's needed to be part of this innovative programme.

As well as highlighting our absolute commitment to having first-class branch managers heading up our teams, the Fame Academy also reflects the strong preference we have for home-grown talent - people who understand and fit in with our 'Famous' culture.

Applications to join the Academy must be supported by branch and regional managers, and competency, performance against target, 'mystery shopper' reports and quarterly reviews are all taken into consideration when assessing suitability for a place.
